    State Police: Man put in 2 claims for same damage to car

    HAMMOND, LA (WAFB) - A Hammond man turned himself in Thursday on insurance fraud charges.State Police say William White Jr., 27, filed a claim with Progressive in June 2010 after an alleged hit-and-run crash in a store parking lot.
