    PLAQUEMINE, LA (WAFB) - A Plaquemine man is behind bars for failing to register as a sex offender.Joseph Fitzgerald, 60, was arrested Thursday in Sunshine, LA.Fitzgerald was convicted of rape in Alabama in 1993.State Police say under Louisiana law, Fitzgerald was required to register with the Iberville Sheriff's Office, which he never did. ...
